World Bee Day at Mount Pleasant Farmers Market in 2022.

Celebrate World Bee Day with a Beekeeping Experience at the Mt Pleasant Farmers Market on Saturday, May 21. 8 am to 12 noon.

Visit the Bees Experience is guided by Phil Marshall.

Phil is a commercial beekeeper, regularly teaches beekeeping and has a Cert III in Beekeeping.

Phil will take participants on a 30-minute beekeeping experience. You will be suitability dressed in a bee suit, take a short walk to local beehives to see a working live hive up close, and have the opportunity to handle live bees. A child accompanied by an adult is free (one child per adult)
